Willow is leading the development and study of Whole Building Material Life Cycle Carbon across the residential buidling sectors in Ghana and Senegal. For each national case study, Willow has partnered with Ghana’s Council for Scientific and Industrial Research Building and Roads Research Institute in Ghana and Worofila and AARBMN in Senegal to evaluate and compare the carbon footprint -from manufacturing to end-of-life- of conventional materials to low-carbon alternatives.
